Artist meetings

The people of Ii have the possibility of meeting international artists-in-residence in artist meetings open to all. In addition, the studios of the artists are open for the public a few times per year. During these open studio hours, the studio artists as well as the artists-in-residence all present their studios and introduce their art.

Exhibitions

KulttuuriKauppila Art Centre offers the opportunity to arrange exhibitions and project presentations in the project space of the studio building. Most of the exhibitions present the works of the resident artists. The exhibitions are free of charge. Welcome!

Art Ii Biennial

Art Ii Biennial addresses current themes, participates in the public discussion through the methods of art and bold combines the cultural heritage of Ii with the contemporary art.
