Creativity throughout
The Ii Municipality schools have created an operational model, Ii Innovation Structure of Culture Education, that offers students on all educational levels the possibility to visit with artists and work with them in art workshops, promoting creativity and integration.
The municipal education authority and KulttuuriKauppila Art Centre cooperate in the designing of the contents of that work. The artists-in-residence at KulttuuriKauppila Art Centre give advanced international art courses at Ii upper secondary school every autumn and spring.
